The Australia Sino One Hundred Year Agricultural and Food Safety Partnership (ASA100) aims to promote, develop and advance international trade in Australian agriculture and manufactured food products, with a particular focus on China, for the benefit of the Australian economy and community.
With the endorsement of the highest level of government, the ASA100 is an authoritative bilateral initiative to develop long-term strategic co-operation between Australia and China and its membership includes the leading agriculture and food manufacturing industry participants in those countries.
In Australia, the ASA100 is facilitated and managed by the Australia Sino One Hundred Year Agricultural and Food Safety Partnership Limited, a public company limited by guarantee (ASA100 Ltd).
The vision of Australia’s present crop of Agricultural leaders in business and government to take bold steps to demonstrate a united and highly collaborative industry capable of supplying China clean, green and safe premium produce will strongly benefit Chinese consumers.
Mr Yonghao Liu, Chairman ASA100 (China)
My dream is to turn around the aging Agricultural industry in Australia. The children of Australian farmers should see this industry with clear eyes of a bright future.
Andrew Forrest, Co-Chairman ASA100 (Australia)
